Unit #730 is located on the Seventh Floor on the east side of the building.  The location is wonderful because it's quiet, has an excellent view, not too high or low and perfect for a wonderful beach holiday.  The balcony faces the ocean to provide beautiful sunsets and sunrises as well as a relaxing place to hang out and listen to the ocean.

This unit is a 1 bedroom 1.5 bath condo with a King sized bed in the Master Bedroom, 2 bunk beds and a queen sleeper sofa.  You will be able to sleep 6 people comfortably.

This unit belongs to a family member, Charlie McCain, and is kept in very good condition.  It's nicely decorated, clean, affordable and well maintained.  I will be happy to book this unit for you if you would like to stay here or maybe you have another family vacationing with you.  We do give group discounts for renting more than one unit.
